この発明は液状あるいは線状充填物の押出し式チューブ
容器において、熱可塑性樹脂の単層で作られたチューブ
容器の表面にラベルを巻き付けながら貼着するための樹
脂製チューブ容器におけるラベル貼着装置に関するもの

層体であるもフィルム構成のラベル2が接着剤を使用し
ない形態で能率良く自動貼着でき、樹脂製チューブ容器
が単層体の作製で足りるのでこれの射出成形が極めて簡
単であつて、チューブ容器のコスト低減と貼着ラベルの

Claims (1)
に低溶融性樹脂層を有する多層構成のラベルを貼着する
装置であつて、該チューブ容器を供給部から受け、貼着
部を経て排出部へ順次間欠転送するマンドレルが等間隔
に回転盤の側面に突設されており、貼着部の前段の所定
位置には該マンドレルを回転できるようにした駆動機構
と予備加熱用の加熱装置が設けられており、次段貼着部
としては前記マンドレルが所定位置に到達したとき、定
位置から上昇的に移行して該マンドレルに嵌着されたチ
ューブ容器に接圧する加熱押圧ローラーが設けられ、該
押圧ローラーには上下移行位置のいずれにおいても加熱
するためのヒーターが対設され、また該加熱押圧ローラ
ーと該マンドレルに対向してラベル供給テーブルが設け
られ、供給されたラベルは該マンドレルに嵌着されたチ
ューブ容器と加熱押圧ローラーとで咬持され、チューブ
容器表面に融着されながら密着巻きできる構成であり、
さらに該マンドレルに嵌着されたチューブ容器表面に回
転しながら圧接する加熱補助兼、巻き付けラベル均し用
の加熱補助ローラーが、ヒーター機構とともにフレーム
で定位置に対設してあり、次段にラベル付チューブ容器
と接圧して補助的に加熱し、しわのばしするための加熱
補助ローラーがヒーターと共に前記フレームに対設して
あることを特徴とする樹脂製チューブ容器におけるラベ
