This fin-like fin 2 has a shape as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and each fin 2'' has the same width at its root and tip.

(b1=b2) When such fin-like fins 2 are attached to the heat exchanger tube 1, the distance between each fin is narrow at the base of the fin,
It becomes wider at the tip.

In such a case, the contact between the fin-side fluid and the fins becomes poor at the fin tips where the fin spacing is large, making it impossible to achieve a high heat exchange efficiency.

Therefore, it is not preferable to use such fins in small-diameter heat exchanger tubes.

The present invention eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, and is characterized in that each fin of the fin-like fin is rolled, and each fin is formed into a fan shape that becomes wider toward the tip.

以下本考案を図面について説明する。The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

When this fin-like fin 3 is attached to the small-diameter heat exchanger tube 4, the fin spacing t3 at the fin tip becomes small as shown in FIG. 6, preventing fluid from passing through the fin side, and since the fin is rolled, the fin Since the heat transfer area is larger than that of the conventional one, heat exchange with the fin side fluid is good, and heat exchange efficiency can be improved.

It goes without saying that this also includes a case where the fin width does not increase proportionally toward the tip of the fin, as shown in FIG.

The present invention wraps the fin-like fins 3 formed by cutting grooves and the bottom flange 3' around the outer circumferential surface of the heat transfer tube 4, as described above. Since the plurality of fins 3'' of the fin-like fins 3 are each rolled and each fin is formed to become wider toward the tip, the fin spacing at the tip of the fin can be reduced and the fin itself can be narrowed. In addition to improving heat exchange efficiency by increasing the heat transfer area, the structure also features multiple fins 3"
Since it is only necessary to roll the material, it can be produced extremely easily and at low cost, which is a remarkable effect.
