Abstract

にはさみ、メッキ法によシ、円形金属板をはさんだロー
ル周面上に於・C円形金属板と固着一体化するようにし
て金属円筒を形成させるものである。

のこし他はメッキ金属が析出しないように例えばニス6
等で被覆する。ニスの被覆は作用前即ちはさみつけ及び
固定前に行ってもよい。次に第8図に示す様にメッキ浴
中でニッケルメッキを行う。第9図に示されるように円
形金属板3の周縁3′にメッキ金属7が(dき円形金属
板と一体的に円筒金属部分7が形成される。次にシャフ
トを除き、金属部品をロールから取り除いて第1図に示
すシャレー型の金属部品が得られる。

りはあらゆるものを使用することが出来る。また図面に
示した形状以外のシャレー型の形状に変形することも可
能である。
