【考案の詳細な説明】
本案は、特に整形外科医療にて使用する人工股関節の口
蓋ソケットに関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a palatal socket for an artificial hip joint used particularly in orthopedic medicine.
人工股関節の取付態様は第1図で示した如く、大腿骨1
に挿入され、骨セメント2でもって固着される大腿骨部
ステム3の先端に設けた骨頭ボール4が骨盤の一部を威
している寛骨5に形成した凹六部6中にて骨セメント7
で固着された口蓋ソケット8に回動自在に嵌合されるこ

7の層に割れ、接着面の剥離などが生じることが臨床的
に確認されており、これらに起因した発生する歪や偏心
荷重等によって人工股関節にガタ、ゆるみが起り、終局
的には破壊につながり、再手術によって再置換のやむな

低減することができ、しかもこれは術者の手技の優劣に
拘らず、常に確実に装着が可能となり、整形外科学領域
