Excess resin liquid is then squeezed out of the impregnated substrate and spread outwards on the laminate-supporting side of the carrier sheet.

The continuous manufacturing method for laminates is characterized in that adhesive tapes are continuously laminated to both ends of the laminate supporting surface of the carrier sheet at least before lamination of the carrier sheet to the impregnated base material laminate.

to go into. In the drawing, three substrates are shown to be conveyed at the same time, but it goes without saying that the number of substrates can be increased or decreased as appropriate depending on the final thickness of the laminate. The base material 2 then enters the resin liquid impregnation chamber 4, where it is impregnated with resin liquid and is then placed between a pair of squeegees.
It passes between Growl 5 and 5 and is combined. At this time, the metal foil 8 fed out from the roll 7 is coated with adhesive and laminated on the top surface of the laminate of the impregnated base material, and the carrier sheet fed out from the roll 9 is placed on the bottom surface of the laminate.
10. Example EVA polyester film is laminated by roll 5. The uncured laminate thus obtained enters the curing furnace 12, where it is heated and cured while traveling therein. The lower carrier sheet 10 is transferred from the laminate 14 leaving the curing furnace 12 to the roll 13.
The film is peeled off and wound up as a roll 11. Next, the laminate 14 is trimmed at both ends by a rotary cutter 18, and cut to a required length by a guillotine cutter 19. The previous parts of this device are disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 55-4838 and No. 56-56 of the present applicant cited above.
It is substantially the same as that disclosed in No. 98136.
