As described in Publication No. 28528 or Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 185106/1983, a single rotating shaft is installed horizontally below a cylindrical can fixed on the machine frame, and a number of rotating shafts are mounted on this rotating shaft. A configuration in which individual hammering rods or peeling plates are attached, and as the rotating shaft rotates, these beating rods or peeling plates protrude into the can body through a slit provided at the bottom of the can body, and strike the logs placed inside the can body. However, with this type of construction, the logs are transported into and out of the can using a narrow opening or hopper, making it extremely difficult to work, making a lot of noise, and being a closed type. There was a drawback that it was difficult to monitor the debarking status of the logs inside the can.

As shown, it passes through end plates 5 attached to both ends of a cylindrical body 4 whose diameter is sufficiently larger than the maximum diameter of the log to be debarked! A rotor shaft "7" with a key attached thereto is rotatably mounted via a bearing 9, and a motor 12 is connected via a chain 11 to a chain wheel 1o attached to one end of the shaft 6. On the outer periphery of the body 4, there is a peeling notch made of cemented carbide with saw blade-like teeth formed along the line 2-2, which is gently sloped in order to avoid damaging the woody part of the log in the direction of rotation of the cylinder. 8 are spirally attached at regular intervals, and as the rotor shaft 7 rotates, the logs placed thereon can be moved in the longitudinal direction of the rotor shaft.

The movable chute 15 is moved to the first position by the operation of the hydraulic cylinder 19.
1, 2 and 6, and logs can be stored on the rotor shaft 7 with the fixed chute 14.
As shown in the figure, it falls onto the rotor shaft 7 which is rotating counterclockwise due to the operation of the motor 12, is pushed toward the movable chute 15 by the peeling notch 8, is lifted onto the curved chute, and rotates on its own axis. Also, while reversing the revolution, a plurality of logs a are carried in from the carry-in live deck 13 located on one end side of the rotor shaft 7, and are transferred to the other side by a peeling notch 8 spirally attached to the cylindrical body 4. In between, the skin is peeled off using the serrated tooth-shaped part of the peeling notch.

Carrying in and out of the logs and separating the logs from the park after debarking are easy, and since they are in an oven, it is easy to monitor the debarking state, so appropriate control measures can be taken based on the monitoring results, making the debarking effect more visible. It has the following effects: high performance, low noise, and easy installation.
