Abstract

PURPOSE:To both obtain smooth rotation of a roller and improve its workability, by providing a housing, which forms a groove fitting the end part of a bar shaped member, and a resilient retaining member, which can be forced to be intruded along the groove, in a size larger than the width of the groove. CONSTITUTION:A retaining member 10 consisting of a leaf spring in a size larger than a groove 4 of a housing 3 is press fitted, resiliently holding a bearing 2. The member 10 provides in its both ends recessed parts 10a, 10b into which internal walls of the groove 4 of the housing are fitted. The retaining member 10, if it is forced to be intruded into the groove 4 by fixed force, is resiliently deformed due to its size larger than a width of the groove 4, and repulsive force is generated in a downward direction of the bearing 2 and a lateral direction of the groove 4, thus fixing the bearing 2 while preventing the retaining member 10 from falling off. It is preferable for the housing 3 to use a material such as resin, aluminum, etc. softer than that of the retaining member 10.

材5自体をハウジング3の上端より嵌め込み、側面から
ねじで固定し得るようになっている。

簡素化され、自動化がし易くなる。
