【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は手術用メスの改良に係るものであって、従来
品に比べて着脱が容易な替刃式メスを捉供することを目
的とする。従来の替刃式メスは図面の第1図に示すよう
に、刃体1は比較的幅の広い長孔部2と比較的幅の狭い
長孔部3とを有してお9、これら二個の長孔部2,3は
長さ方向に連続して設けられ、幅狭長孔部3は幅広長孔
部2の前に位置している。他方、柄4の頭部に設けられ
た刃体取付部5は角柱状に形成されておシ、該刃体取付
部5の縦幅は前記刃体lの幅広長孔部2の縦幅よシもや
や短い。また刃体取付部50基部11付近には前記刃体
1の幅広長孔部2の後端部12と係合するための段部6
が設けられてお9、柄4の先端から段部6までの長さは
前記刃体1の幅狭長孔部3の先端から幅広長孔部2の後
端部12までの長さよシもやや短い。さらに刃体取付部
5の上部と下部には前記刃体1の幅狭長孔部3の」二下
に存在する上縁部7と下縁部8とが通るための溝9がそ
れぞれ形成されており、該溝9の幅は刃体1の幅とほぼ
同じであり、かつその長さは幅狭長孔部3の長さよりも
やや長い。刃体取付部5の上部のうち溝9によって仕切
られた第1図中央側の部分10の横幅は刃体取付部5の
基部11の横幅よシもやや短い。刃体1を柄4の刃体取
付部5に取付けるには第1図で示す位置から刃体1を横
方向に移動させ、刃体1の幅広長孔部2の後端部12が
刃体取付部5の側面に当接させさらに刃体1の幅狭長孔
部3が刃体取付部5の溝9の前に位置するまで刃体1を
移動させる。この位置において刃体1の後半部13は湾
曲させられている。この位置から刃体1の幅狭長孔部3
の上縁部7と下縁部8が上下の溝9を通るように刃体1
を刃体取付部5の基部11に向けて押し最終的に刃体1
の幅広長孔部2の後端部12が刃体取伺部5に設けられ
た段部6を越えることによって刃体1は柄4の刃体取付
部5に取付けられる。この状態においても前述したよう
に刃体取付部5の基部11の横幅は刃体取伺部5の上部
のうち溝9によって仕切られた残りの部分10の横幅よ
りもやや広くかつ溝9の幅は刃体1の幅とほぼ同じなの
で刃体1の後半部13はやや湾曲している(第3図の刃
体1と同じ状態)0湾曲し産刃体1の弾性によって刃体
1は刃体取付部5にしっかシと取付けられしかも刃体l
の幅広長孔部2の後端部12が刃体取付部5の段部6と
