ある。(Conventional configuration and its problems) In general, in switching power supplies, it is necessary to minimize the leakage inductance and distributed capacitance of the transformer (for converter or inverter) due to the frequency handled. There are rolls etc. In FIG. 1, in the case of sand inch winding, l is a bobbin, 2 is an enameled electric wire, 3 is an insulating film or tape, and 4 is a magnetic core.

The figure shows what is called split winding, with 1 being a bobbin, 2 being an enameled wire, and 4 being a magnetic core.

), the creepage distance (jL, ), and the distance between the winding and the magnetic core (see, ) are subject to regulation. In any case,
Due to this dimensional regulation, the space factor of the winding becomes poor, the shape becomes larger, and the winding work becomes more complicated, resulting in higher costs.
(Objective of the Invention) The present invention solves these conventional problems, and provides a switching type direct current that has a good winding space factor, can easily secure insulation distances between various parts, and is easy to assemble and structure. The purpose is to provide transformers for stabilized power supplies.

FIG. 3 shows an exploded perspective view of a unit winding part in the present invention, and shows an annular coil 2 in an insulating case having edges 5a and 5b as shown in the inner and outer peripheries, respectively. 5 to form a unit coil. Coil 2 is
For example, it can be easily formed by winding a cement wire as shown in the figure and heating it with electricity. A transformer as shown in FIG. 4 is completed by stacking a plurality of unit coils constructed in this manner and inserting the magnetic core 4 therein. In this case, since the insulating case 5 is provided with mutually overlapping portions 5c, the insulation distance between the primary and secondary and between the winding and the magnetic core can be easily secured. It goes without saying that an insulating plate 6 or the like is inserted at the end of the unit coil.
