Three-dimensional signboard letters are known that are configured such that the back surface contacts the base and is itself attached to the base.

It is known to be cut out into shapes.

Therefore, it is not possible to obtain the required mounting strength for the side bottom.

Not only is it practically difficult to uniformly apply a sufficient amount of adhesive to the rough surface during the manufacturing stage of the signboard, but also the three-dimensional characters 1' often touch the decorative surface plate 3' side. Since it tends to be convex and curved or warped, there is a problem in that it is difficult to obtain a flat bonding surface suitable for bonding.

′, it is necessary to apply pressure for a certain period of time to maintain the pressed state, but since it takes time to maintain this state, it not only takes time to produce the signboard, but also reduces productivity. When three-dimensional letters are attached on-site to a concrete wall of a building, it may be virtually impossible to maintain the press-contact state for a certain period of time.

It has the disadvantage that it is difficult to achieve complete installation, such as the risk of it falling off.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide characters for signboards that can be easily and firmly attached using a fixing means.

If the thickness is less than n, and if it is attached to a base using screws (see Figure 3), there is a high risk that the fixing plate itself will crack due to the screws and sufficient screw strength will not be obtained. Since it is made of a laminated monolithic plate that is integrally joined through a laminate, the fabrication of this monolithic plate requires applying a sufficient amount of adhesive at the factory and maintaining a pressurized state for a sufficient period of time. This not only allows for sufficiently strong bonding of the surface plate and fixing plate to the foam layer, but also allows for the creation of three-dimensional characters by cutting out predetermined character shapes from this integrated board extremely quickly and easily. In addition to being excellent in productivity, the character shapes of the foam layer and the surface plate do not shift from each other, unlike in the conventional case where the foam layer and the surface plate are made separately and bonded together.

Rather than attaching the rough surface of the layer using adhesive, the fixing plate made of hard synthetic resin with a thickness of 0.5 to 2.0 mm is attached using adhesive or fixing fittings such as screws, so the installation is easy. It is strong and extremely simple.
