辺に沿って設けられた一対の電極と、この電極と接続さ
れ透明基板のほぼ全表面にわたって設けられた透明導電
性薄膜とからなり、この透明導電性薄膜中には、点状あ
るいはスリット状の独立した絶縁部が適宜数設けられて
