1 and 2 show examples of packet elevators that have been used for quite some time.
In this case, the heavy packet 1 was fixedly attached between the two by screwing bolts and nuts into the locations a in the figure through a connecting seat plate 3 between the two in a removable manner. The attachment/detachment work was very troublesome and required a lot of time and effort since the attachment had to be held while holding the attachment.

Furthermore, this type of bolt and nut are installed as shown by the dashed-dotted lines in Fig. 1, and since these bolts and nuts protrude into the force-resistance packet 1 and into the conveyor chain 2, the objects to be conveyed are In some cases, bolt heads and nuts were worn out, requiring frequent replacement in order to ensure safety, and this, combined with the difficulty of attaching and detaching, made the work extremely disadvantageous.

is formed into a tapered groove type, while the chain side fitting pieces 5 protruding from each inner surface of the chain 2 are also made into tapered pieces, so that the packet side fitting piece 4 is tapered from above with respect to the chain side fitting piece 5. Once they are connected, they are fitted, and then the split type connector 7 shown in Figure 8 is inserted through the holes 6, 6 opened laterally in the packet-side fitting piece 4 to fasten the pieces. It is something.

With this type, the purpose of simplifying attachment and detachment can be achieved, but since it is a tapered connection, if there is a slight deviation in dimensional accuracy, it will cause a large deviation in the vertical direction, which is unique to tapers.

As a result, there is an inconvenience that the front and rear packets 1 interfere with each other during operation, and therefore, the dimensional accuracy of the tapered surface must be made quite high, making the manufacturing process cumbersome and expensive.

In addition, since it is fastened in the form of a cotter, if the dimensions of the hole 6 and the cotter 7 are out of order, it will not be possible to achieve a sufficient taper connection. Not only was there a risk of an accident in which the 7 was broken, but in the above example, the 7 was broken.
Because it is necessary to finally break the joint to stop the joint from being pulled out, the connector 7 tends to move slightly in the pulling direction during this operation, and as a result, the taper joint becomes loose, making it impossible to always obtain a perfect fastening result. It was difficult.

This invention was devised to solve the above problem, and its purpose is to manufacture both fitting pieces at low cost without requiring particularly strict dimensional accuracy, and yet with a normal level of accuracy. Conveyor chains and packets in a packet elevator are designed to stabilize the performance of the equipment by allowing both mating pieces to be joined easily and reliably, and to improve the incompleteness of fastening caused by a single type of cotter. To provide a fastening device, the present invention is characterized in that packet side fittings protruding from both sides of the packet are used in contrast to the chain side fitting pieces protruding from the inside of each of the opposite sides of a pair of conveyor chains. In the case where the packet is removably fitted to the conveyor chain side by fitting the packing piece in a detachable manner from the packet traveling direction side and connecting both fitting pieces by a detachable fastening means, the both fitting pieces The fitting piece is fitted through the straight fitting groove, and the fitting piece with the fitting groove is provided with a stopper with which the other fitting piece abuts at its tip, and the fastening means is fitted into the fitting piece. A push metal fitting that is inserted into and removed from the groove and comes into contact with the tail end of the other fitting piece, and a removable connector that allows the push metal fitting to be moved forward and backward with respect to the grooved fitting piece. It is in.

What is shown in FIGS. 9 to 16 is an example of a so-called parallel-fitting type packet elevator, and 2 is a conveyor chain formed by connecting link plates 2a in a chain with link pins 2b. On the inside, chain side fitting pieces 5 as shown in FIGS. 16I and 16 are arranged in rows and fixed with rivets.

This fitting piece 4 has inside straight fitting grooves 8, 8 which face each other with the groove direction facing the advancing direction, and the upper end of each fitting groove 8, 8 is provided with respect to the receiver 5a. Reference numeral 12 denotes a push-in fitting, and numeral 13 denotes a connecting fitting made of a bolt and nut, both of which constitute a fastening means. The push-in fitting 12 is inserted into the fitting grooves 8 and 8 as shown in FIGS. 14I and 14. It is equipped with a push-in protrusion 12a that fits into the flange 11 and a flange 11 having a bolt hole 10, so that it can be fitted onto the left and right chain side fitting pieces 5 from above through the fitting grooves 8, 8 on the packet side. By fitting the pieces 4 and 4 in parallel, the state shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 is achieved, where the chain side fitting piece 5 is completely fitted into the packet side fitting piece 4, leaving a space at the lower end. When it is inserted, the stopper 9 hits the receivers 5a, 5a of the chain side fitting piece 5, thereby preventing the chain from being removed.

As described above, this invention adopts a parallel fitting method, so even if there is some deviation in dimensional accuracy, the vertical deviation of the packet will be small compared to the case of tapered connection.
Therefore, the dimensional accuracy is not required to be very strict, making it easy to manufacture and inexpensive, and there is no interference between the top and bottom of the packet, and on the other hand, the parallel fitting pieces are compared to tapered ones. It is easy to obtain high accuracy and therefore easy to use.
Reliable fitting can be achieved, and the reliable fitting stabilizes the performance of the device.

Not only that, by configuring the above-mentioned fastening means instead of a one-piece type, the integration of both fitting pieces becomes even more secure, and there is no chance of the fitting becoming loose during connection, and even if it becomes loose after operation. However, it was easy to retighten.

Furthermore, if the connector 13 is oriented upward or downward as in the above embodiment, there is less risk of wear during scooping, etc., and in this case, the bolt is small enough to have sufficient strength as a means of supporting when the packet is turned over. This makes it convenient for handling in various ways.

Furthermore, when the packet is attached or detached, if the packet is placed in an upward position, the connector 13 tends to loosen, thus making it easier to attach or detach the packet.

In addition, the male side fitting piece shown in the above embodiment may be used as the packet side and the female side may be used as the chain side. Also, both fitting pieces may be composed of a rod and a cylinder, and in this case, the inside of the cylinder itself is fitted.
