２の電極としての中心導体、６は固体絶縁体である。

面との間に介在し上記両電極を連結固定支持す・る固体
絶腺体とを備え上記両電極間に所定の直流電圧を印加す
るものにおいて、上記固体絶縁体はこの固体絶縁体と同
軸の円筒面で切断した断面の面積が径方向位置にかかわ
らずほぼ一定となるように形成されたことを特徴とする
