状シャドウマスクを曲面状に張り出すだめのポンチ、6
は前記しわ押え3に対応して平板状シャドウマスクの周
辺を成形するダイ、6は前記ポンチ4に対応して配置さ
れたパッド、7はシャドウマスクラ補強するため、シャ
ドウマスク外周面上に設けられた曲面状の凸成形と逆方
向に向く凹状を有するビード部を成形するための突条部

発明の目的

発明の構成

周折り曲げ部成形による曲面状部分への拘束がなくなシ
、曲面状板上の多数の微小孔の変形による形状むらが解

前記ポンチ9に対応して配置されたパッド、12はビー
ド部を形成するための突条部であシ、前記パッド11よ
りポンチに対して遠い位置(hが0以上になるよう)に
なるように設置されている。13は上型ホルダーで、ポ
ンチ9を吊り下げている。14はバネで、しわ押え8を

本発明のプレス成形方法によれば、成形品の曲面部を成

するため、これら外周成形による影響をシャドウマスク
の曲面状部は受けない。よって、シャドウマスク面上に
あけられた多数のスロット穴のど一ド成形による変形は
なく、一様な大きさのスロット穴を持つシュドウマヌク
