Generally, steel strips used for fixed electrical cores of electric motors are made by blooming and rolling steel ingots. As shown in Figure 1, the rolling roll deforms elastically during rolling, causing the opening of the steel strip to open. The plate thickness becomes uneven.

That is, the change in thickness of the steel plate is extremely small at the center in the direction orthogonal to the rolling direction, but becomes extremely large near both ends. When punching an electrical machine core plate C, a steel strip 2 is used, which is obtained by cutting a rolled raw steel strip into an appropriate size according to the size of the iron core plate C, as shown in Figure 2a. Due to the plate thickness deviation, plate thickness deviation also appears in the iron core plate C, as shown in Fig. 2b.

A fixed electrical machine core is constructed by stacking tens to hundreds of ordinary core plates, so if the core plates are stacked in the same rolling direction, the thickness deviation per plate is minute. However, the thickness deviation in fixed electrical cores becomes considerably large.

As shown in Fig. 3, the fixed electric machine iron core is sandwiched between the left and right bearing holding plates fixed to the bearing hole, and the electric motor with the rotor Q disposed inside the fixed electric machine iron core is mounted. In this case, the bearing holding plate is tilted, the front and rear bearing centers are not aligned, and stress is placed on the bearing wood, causing abnormally loud motor noise, shortening the life of the bearing wood, or causing the rotor to become stuck. There were many quality problems, such as contact with the electrical iron core and the machine becoming unable to rotate.

As a method for solving the above problem, a method can be considered in which a part of the iron core plates C is turned over or rotated by 18 degrees, thereby shifting the rolling direction of the iron core plates C by 180 degrees and stacking them.

However, if the thickness of the iron core plate in the middle direction changes rapidly only on one end face, as shown in Fig. 2b, the fixed electric machine iron D laminated by this method is There are two large laminated parts on one side, as shown in Figure 3, and the fixed electric machine iron core will be held in contact with the large laminated parts on the bearing holding plate of the electric motor, so the bearing should be attached as shown in Figure 3. The holding plate is tilted and the same problem as above occurs. [Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to provide a fixed electric machine iron core that eliminates the wear and tear of the bearing holding plate and stabilizes the quality of the electric motor. .

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a fixed electric machine iron core, in which a plurality of iron core plates 2 punched from a rolled steel strip are stacked as shown in FIGS. 6a and 6b, with the rolling direction of adjacent iron core plates shifted by 12 pips, The largest part (portion C in the diagram) of the stacking thickness (dimension B in the diagram) is 120
There are three locations separated by o (8=120o in the figure).

Reference numeral 3 denotes a bearing holding plate with a bearing 4 fixedly fixed to the center thereof, which is arranged in front and behind the electric motor to hold the fixed electric machine iron core 1 thereon, and
A rotor 7 with a drive shaft 6 inserted into the center of a rotating electric machine iron core 5 is pivotally supported.

Therefore, the above-mentioned fixed iron core 1 has three parts with a large stacking thickness at equal intervals, and the bearing holding plate 3 is placed on the three parts with a large stacking thickness to sandwich the fixed electric machine iron core 1. , the inclination of the bearing holding plate 3 as in the subordinate example is eliminated.

Note that the angle at which the iron core 2 is shifted is not limited to 1200 degrees, but may be within a range that does not exceed 1200 degrees. Also, as a method of stacking the iron core plates 2, adjacent ones are shifted one by one at equal angles. They may be laminated, or they may be stacked as a set, with adjacent sets being shifted at equal angles.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention forms a fixed electrical machine core by stacking a plurality of core plates such that the rolling direction of adjacent core plates is shifted by an equal angle within a range not exceeding 120 degrees. This eliminates the inclination of the bearing holding plate that clamps the fixed electric machine core as in the conventional example, which has the effect of stabilizing the quality of the motor.
