揺動自在に連結さればねによって傾斜した状態に保持可
能なスライドガラスの保持板と、し、バを介して前記昇
降部材および前記スライドガラス保持板を上下動させる
カム装置とを接着剤の添付されたスライドガラスが水平
に導かれる所定の待機位置の下方に具え、該待機位置よ
り上方の接着位置には当該接着位置に前記昇降部材の上
昇動作に先行して導かれるカバーガラス保持装置を具え
て、当該カバーガラス保持装置は、保持されるカバーガ
ラスを傾斜した状態で保持される前記スライドガラスの
中心から低位側に外れた保持位置で保持するようになし
、前記スライドガラス保持板を前記待機位置にまで上昇
させたときに前記スライドガラス保持板により前記スラ
イドガラスが傾斜した状態で持上げられて当該スライド
ガラスの上位側の縁部を前記カバーガラスの縁部に接触
させ、更に前記スライドガラス保持板を上昇させること
により前記カバーガラスを前記保持位置を固定支点にし
