Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 燃料注入管を具備し、′該燃料注入管の燃料注入口に着
    脱自在なキャップを取付けた燃料タンクにおいて、キャ
    ップ螺着用のねじ孔を形成したねじ部の下側面を平坦に
    形成して該平坦下側面により第１の弁座を形成し、燃料
    注入管の上縁部を該ねじ孔よりも大径に形成すると共に
    該燃料注入管上縁部を上記ねじ部の平坦下側面かられず
    かばかり間隙を隔てて配置して該燃料注入管上縁部によ
    り第２の弁座を形成し、上記ねじ孔に向けて拡開する弾
    発性材料からなる弁体の下端部を燃料注入管め内壁面に
    固着すると共に該弁体の上端部を平坦、な環状に形成し
    て該平坦環状上端部を上記第１弁座と第２弁座間に挿入
    配置し、弁体と燃料注入管−との間に形成された蒸発燃
    料通路を燃料タンク内゛に連結し、キャップがねじ孔内
    に螺着されたときにキャップの下端部が１配弁体の平坦
    環状上端部の外側面内周縁と係合して該平坦環状上端部
    の内側面外周縁を上記第２弁座に着座させ、キャップを
    ゆるめたときに弁体自身の弾発力により弁体の　　−平
    坦環状上端部の外側面が第１弁座に着座して上記蒸発燃
    料通路が弁体の平坦環状上端部と第２弁座間に形成され
    る間隙を介してキャニスタに連結きれる車両用燃料タン
    ク。
