The applicant has already conducted various research and developments on fitting enclosures, such as roofs or walls, which are constructed by fitting adjacent building boards together, from the viewpoint of good workability. However, when trying to strengthen the fitting force, the entire length is engaged, and in this case, if you try to fit a part other than the receiving metal part, the lower chevron-shaped part to be engaged will be pushed downward. Or, to make it easier to fit, the slope of the engagement stepped part should be set at an angle that makes it easier to insert, or the hook part of the engagement part should be slightly bent. However, this had the serious drawback that the fitting part could easily come off even under weak negative pressure (wind pressure). For this reason, if the strength of the mating part is weak, the strength is increased by fixing new bolts etc. It is requested. Furthermore, if a heat insulating material made of foamed synthetic resin is attached to the lower surface of the unit mating building board in the mating envelope, -1it mating will not be possible. did not exist.

そこで発明者は、前記欠点を解消すべく鋭意。Therefore, the inventor worked diligently to eliminate the above drawbacks.

As a result of repeated research, we have developed the present invention, in which a receiving metal fitting with stepped parts to be secured formed on both sides of a gate-shaped part is fixed at a predetermined interval on a structural material such as a main building, and is attached to an inclined part on both sides of the main plate. A construction board for insulation fitting is provided with a mound-shaped part consisting of a combined step part, an upper side part, and an inclined edge, and a heat insulating material made of foamed synthetic resin or the like is pasted on the main plate and the back side of the mound-shaped part. The engaging stepped portion and the engaged stepped portion are engaged while being placed between them, and the inclined edges of the opposing half-mounted portions of both adjacent building boards for insulation fitting are provided at an appropriate interval. , and the ends of the heat insulating material are overlapped with each other, and a camping material having sloped portions with engagement steps formed on both sides of the top portion is fitted between the opposing half-mounted portions to form a retaining step for the camping material. By engaging the engagement step part of the heat-insulating mating architectural board to form the roof, construction can be done easily and quickly, and it can also be firmly constructed. The above-mentioned drawbacks and the like can be solved and the purpose has been achieved by successfully constructing the structure even with a heat insulating material attached.

To explain the function and effect in detail, it is constructed such that the sloped edges 2d and 2a of the opposing china clay mound-shaped portions 2゜2 of the adjacent thermal insulation fitting architectural Fj, A, and A are provided at an appropriate interval. When trying to fit the cap material C to the two opposing china clay mound-shaped portions 2° of the adjacent building boards A and A from the second position, they will fall inward to each other as shown by the dotted lines in Figure 3. The engaging step portions 7a on both sides of the cap JfAC are bent so that the distance between the left and right engaging step portions 2a narrows.

7a becomes extremely easy to insert, and can be easily fitted even with a relatively small pressing force by an operator. This means that the bending inclination angle of the engagement step portions 2a and 7a is approximately 30 degrees when viewed from the horizontal plane.
The shape has a strong mating force by tilting the cap material C to about 60 degrees, and the cap material C has a strong shape, and even if it is configured to engage over the entire length, it has the great advantage of being easy to fit. However, at the location of the bracket B, the adjacent building board A for insulation fitting, and the opposing clay mound-shaped portion 2 of A.
.. Even if the two parts are fitted from above, the presence of the bracket B prevents the ceramic clay mound-shaped parts 2.2 from bending inwardly. This is only a partial point in the longitudinal direction of the plate A, and the overall fitting operation is extremely simple and quick as described above. Therefore, unlike in the past, the chevron-shaped part for the engaged part, which is the lower side of the fitting part, escapes further downward, making it impossible to perform construction, or the step part for retaining the mating part is designed to facilitate fitting. If the inclination of the connector is made to be at an angle that makes it easier to insert the connector, or if the shape of the engagement part is made smaller, the serious drawback that the engagement part will easily come off even under weak negative pressure (wind pressure) will be solved. It is possible to provide a heat insulating fitting outer envelope which can be easily fitted and can provide a strong fitting force by eliminating all problems. This eliminates the need to increase the strength by attaching new bolts or the like when the strength of the fitting portion is weak, as in the past. In this way, if the fitting installation work can be done extremely simply and quickly, the construction cost of the fitting outer enclosure can be significantly reduced.

In order to fit between 8 and 8, the cantilevered mound-shaped part 2 must be inserted into the receiving bracket B.
It can be bent appropriately in the direction opposite to the direction in which the metal holder B exists, and can be fitted very easily, and after fitting at the location of the receiving metal fitting B, the pressing force between the mound-shaped portion 2 and the engaged step portion 4a of the receiving metal fitting B is used. The heat insulating material 3 has a substantially flat shape and can be installed in an orderly manner, and when fitting the cap material C, as described above, the opposing ceramic clay mound-shaped portions 2, 2 are inward from each other except at the location of the receiving bracket B. Since the cap material C can be bent so as to fall down, it is extremely easy to insert the cap material C, and this has a great feature that even the construction board A for heat insulation fitting to which the heat insulating material 3 is attached can be easily constructed. Although the configuration may seem simple in this way, conventionally there was no one that attached this heat insulating material 3 and had a fitting type and superior workability and strength, but the present invention This was the first time I was able to solve this problem.

In addition, especially in the present invention, since the three ends of the insulation material 3 are superimposed on each other during the roofing construction, the roofing can be completed by simply providing the insulation material 3 at the slanted end 1t2d. At times, the back side of the insulation material 3.3 naturally bends and polymerizes, so that no gap is created between the adjacent ends of the insulation material 3.3, which prevents the cold bridging effect at this location and increases the insulation performance. . Furthermore, there is a great advantage that even if the length of the end of the heat insulating material 3 protruding beyond the sloped edge 2d varies slightly depending on the construction state, the appearance seen from below will not change in any way after the roofing is completed.

Furthermore, as mentioned above, if the cap material C is fitted very smoothly, the building board A for insulation fitting
Even if it is a high-grade steel plate with a metallic or non-metallic coating applied to the surface of the mating construction board that makes up the mating part, there will be no IIA scratches such as scratches at the mating location, and corrosion will not occur from there. This makes it possible to significantly improve the durability of the entire heat-insulating and mating envelope. In turn, it is possible to guarantee the quality of the heat-insulating fitting envelope over a long period of time. This is an extremely effective effect in terms of maintenance and management. Furthermore, such durable insulating mating enclosures such as walls or roofs have recently been in particular demand in the construction industry, and specifically, warranties of 10 years have been extended from the previous 3 to 5 years. The present invention satisfies the requirement for durability with a 20-year guarantee. In addition, with the heat-insulating fitting envelope that is easy to fit in this way, even if the fitting architectural board and the metal plate of the cap material C are made of thick material, the opposing mound-shaped portion 2.2 can be easily fitted. It also has the advantage of being able to bend inward, making it easy and quick to install.

In addition, since the building board A for heat insulation fitting and the capping material C are not fixed to the receiving metal fitting B and are only fitted, the building board A for heat insulation fitting or the camping material C may change in the longitudinal direction depending on the outside air. Even if thermal expansion and contraction occurs, it can be appropriately handled by relative sliding, etc., and no thermal stress is generated in the insulation fitting construction board A and cap material C, thereby ensuring that thermal distortion etc. will not occur. It can also prevent the occurrence of the plate sound phenomenon.

Furthermore, since the building board A for heat insulation fitting of the present invention is symmetrical in the width direction, there is an advantage that the building board A for heat insulation fit can be roofed from any position on the construction site regardless of the roofing direction. However, after construction, there is also the advantage that if a portion of the heat-insulating fitting envelope is damaged at a proper location, replacement and repair work can be easily performed.

In addition, if an edge 7b having a substantially C-shaped cross section is formed at the end of the inclined part 7 of the camping material C, the edge 7b and the inclined part 2b of the mound-shaped part 2 of the building board A for insulation fitting are connected. A void is formed in between, which prevents capillary action, making it difficult for rainwater to enter through the gap, and improving watertightness (rain closure). Furthermore, the cap material C and the mound-shaped portion 2 of the construction board A for insulation fitting.
By forming the void 10 between the upper side 2C and the upper side 2C, capillarity can be prevented, and even more watertightness can be ensured.
