に上記減速機構にりする連動部材が設けられ、上記基軸
を、その第１の位置と第２の位置とに変位可能に支持す
るととも稈、上記基軸が第１の位置に変位したとき、上
記基軸の伝達部と係合して基軸と共に回動可能となる支
