Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）内面がハイバリヤ性プラスチック層ＩＡであり１
    ．その外側にポリオレフィン層ＩＢを有する積層材１を
    、フランジ部３１を有するカップ状に成形したものを容
    器本体３とし、これに蓋体４をヒートシールしてなる容
    器であって、蓋体４を上記ハイバリヤ性プラスチック層
    １Ａを貫いてポリオレフィン層１Ｂに到達するヒートジ
    、　−ルにより密封したことを特徴とするバイバリヤ性
    イージーオープニング容器。
  2. （２）ハイバリヤ性プラスチックがポリアクリロニトリ
    ルであり、ポリオレフィンがポリプロピレンである実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項の容器。
