Claims

[Scope of utility model registration request]

(1) a disk rotation mechanism that includes a rotating body that engages with a magnetic disk connected to a rotor of a motor and rotates the disk; a magnetic head that records or reproduces signals by contacting the surface of the disk; a head moving mechanism for moving the magnetic head in the direction of the cross-track force on the disk; a support device for supporting the disk rotation mechanism and the head moving mechanism; and a support device for detecting a constant angular position of the rotor. A magnetic disk drive device comprising: a rotation angle position detection device; and a device for preventing rotation of the rotating body relative to the support device.

(2) The rotation mechanism is composed of an outer rotor type motor and a rotating body directly connected to the spindle of this motor, and the device for preventing the rotation is formed on the rotating body and the support device, respectively. 2. The magnetic disk drive device according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic disk drive device has holes in which rotation stops are inserted into the holes.
