Claims (1)
成された本体側面と、周縁部が平坦に形成され、それよ
り内側部分が前記段部に合致する形状に成型された受圧
ダイアフラムとを備え、前記本体側面の段部に前記受圧
ダイアフラムの段部□ を重ね合せ、この部分に固定リ
ングを焼き嵌め、或は冷し嵌めし、前記受圧ダイアフラ
ムの内側部分を前記本体側面に固定すると共に、前記受
圧ダイアフラムの平坦部分の周縁を前記本体側面に溶接
し、この平坦部分にフランジを当接せしめたことを特徴
