Claims (1)
- 被測定パルス信号に関連したクロック信号を分周して被
測定パルス信号の繰り返し周期と等しい時間幅信号を発
生する時間幅信号回路と、この時間幅信号回路から送出
される時間幅信号により計数動作が制御され被測定パル
ス信号の有意時間内に加えられる前記クロック信号を計
数するカウンタと、これら時間幅信号回路から送出され
る時間幅信号とカウンタの計数値に基づいて被測定パル
ス信号のデユーティレシオを演算する演算回路とで構成
されたことを特徴とするデユーティレシオ測定回路。
