頚部６に嵌合されるキャップ状であって、頂壁９中央部
に注出入口１０を開口し、この注出入口１０周周縁面か
らは、周方向ところど二ろに透孔１２を明けた朝顔形周
壁の底部から下端外周に係止用突条１４を突設した取付
軸１３を垂下した取付部材１５を垂設し、この取付部材
１５外囲部裏面からは、周方向ところどころに透孔１６
を明けた押え筒１７を垂設し、さらに周壁１８上部内周
に上下に適宜離間させて１対の凹溝１９．１９を凹設し
た装着部材２と、中央部を肉厚な取付部２１−に、その
外囲部を、周縁が前記凹溝１９．１９間の周壁１８内周
に気密に接する弾性変形可能な弁体２２とした円板状で
あって、取付部２１を、上面を前記押え筒１７に圧接さ
せて前記取付軸１３に貫通取着された弁部材３とからな
