明光の照射によって元押状態となる表示文字、記号など
を設けた液晶表示装置において、液晶セルの周縁部に透
光部を一体的に形成するとともに、バック照明用の光源
の発光の一部が反射し、前記透光部を経て前面パネルに
入射するようにバック照明用の光源の背面及び側面に反
