Description
第1図はコードホイールの上面に反射部、非反射部を形
成した形式のエンコーダの外観図、第2図は従来のコー
ドホイールの構造及び製造方法を説明する図で、aはコ
ードホイール素材の斜視図、bは反射部を形成した状態
を示す斜視図、第3図は他の従来のエンコーダの分解斜
視図、第4図a”eは本考案に係るコードホイールの製
造工程を示す図、第5図は本考案に係るコードホイール
の上面外観斜視図である。
成した形式のエンコーダの外観図、第2図は従来のコー
ドホイールの構造及び製造方法を説明する図で、aはコ
ードホイール素材の斜視図、bは反射部を形成した状態
を示す斜視図、第3図は他の従来のエンコーダの分解斜
視図、第4図a”eは本考案に係るコードホイールの製
造工程を示す図、第5図は本考案に係るコードホイール
の上面外観斜視図である。
Claims (1)
- コードホイール上に設けた反射部、非反射部に光を照射
し、この反射光によりコードホイールの回転数、回転方
向等を読みとる反射型光学式ロークリエンコーダにおい
て、コードホイール本体を反射性材料で構成し、この平
板状上面に感光剤を直接塗布し、感光により所定間隔の
非反射面を形成することにより、コードホイール上面に
反射面と非反射面を交互に形成したことを特徴とする反
射型光学式ロータリエンコーグのコードホイール。
