内の温度分布を示す。第3図Aは、本考案装置に於ける
反応管内の温度分布、Bは、本考案装置と従来装置との
反応に要する反応管の長さの比較、Cは、伝熱フィンを
管全体に取り付けた場合の良法管内の温度分布をそれぞ
れ示す。第4図は、本考案装置に用いられる反応管の立
面図を示し、第5図は、本考案装置に取り付けられる伝
熱フィンの形状の一例を示す。
