の誤認識により誤った接続を防止することができる自動

能に対応した回線の接続を自動的に行ない、音声合成装
置により加入電話機に各接続機能に応じた合成音ケ送出
した構成となっており、これによシ音声によって各種の
宅内交換機能を容易にかつ誤接続なく操作させることが

個人の氏名や所属から自動的に転送設定が可能でありよ
り容易な操作が可能となるばかりか、回線の保留や電話
会議のためのパーラ−ライン接続等多機能な回線接続を

とにより、転送先の個人の氏名や所属から自動的に転送
設定が可能でありより容易な操作が可能となるばかりか
、回線の保留や電話会議のためのパーラ−ライン接続等
多機能な回線接続を音声の認識を確認するとともに行な
えるので誤った回線の接続を防止することができその効

続を行なう前に各加入電話機に、その認識単語に対応す
る合成音声を送出しそれに基づき加入者音声による確認
音声を再入力し、階層構造の認識動作を行って後回線を
接続する特許請求の範囲第1項記載の自動交換機の音声
接続装置。 (3)音声認識装置が誤認識をした場合、前記音声認識
装置内で得られた第2候補の単語に対応する合成音声を
加入電話機に送出し、加入者により確認音声を要求し、
再度認識動作により回線を接続する特許請求の範囲第2
項記載の自動交換機の音声接続装置。 (4) 音声認識装置に入力された加入者音声入力信号
が、音声認識の結果として第1次候補から複数次候補ま
で認識判別不可能な場合、音声合成装置から加入者音声
の再入力を要求するメツセージを送出し、再度加入者の
要求する接続の機能を認識する特許請求の範囲第1項記
載の自動交換機の音声接続装置。 (6)複数回の加入者音声による接続機能の音声が入力
されても音声認識装置が認識判別不可能な場合、複数回
の加入者音声により音声認識装置から得られた複数の候
補単語の中で認識回数の多い順に音声合成装置により合
成音声を送出し、音声認識装置で加入者音声を確認した
後回線を接続する特許請求の範囲第4項記載の自動変換
機の音声接続装置。 (6) 音声“認識装置が全く認識判別力杯可能な場合
、音声合成装置より各回線接続に対応した操作手順説明
のための合成音声を加入電話に送出し、加入者が各機能
