させると共に、該ダイヤフラム６の下流側に、該圧力室
５と直列に該水通路４内に介入して該水通路４を絞る絞
り管８を備える式のものにおいて、該絞り管８にその下
端の流出口１０に生ずる水溜り部１１を側路する側面の
