Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an accurate discharge amount even with a liquid of a minute amount and high viscosity by using a discharge amount detecting signal to correct the open/close time of a valve. CONSTITUTION:Weight detecting elements 6 and 7 such as a load cell, etc. are provided to a liquid tank 1 and a discharge receiving container 5. The detection signals of both elements 6 and 7 are supplied to a controller 4. The valve open/ close time is set at the controller 4 in response to a prescribed discharge amount. A switch device 3 is actuated to open/close the valve just for said set time. While the discharge amount is calculated by a weight detection signal, and the result of calculation is compared with the set time. If the result of calculation does not reach the prescribed value even at the set time, the set time is increased until the result of calculation reaches its prescribed value. While the set time is reduced in case the set time is not obtained yet even after the result of calculation reaches the prescribed value.

FIG. 1 is an example of this. In the same figure, 1 is a liquid tank, 2 is a discharge valve, 3 is a valve opening/closing device, 4 is a control device, 5 is a container for a discharge liquid receiver, and the control device 4 is a valve for discharging liquid. Set the opening/closing time, and switch the opening/closing device 3 according to the set time.
Activate the valve 21sl! I try to keep it closed.

No. 3 Problem to be Solved by the Invention The above device does not have any particular problems when the viscosity of the liquid is low, but when the viscosity of the liquid is high, the viscosity or temperature changes and it is easy to crack over time, so it is particularly difficult to solve the problem. When discharging a small amount, there is a problem in that the discharge amount is not constant if only the opening/closing time is controlled.

B) Means for Solving the Problems In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention detects the amount of discharge 1'' in the liquid tank or the discharged liquid receiver by means of a weight detection means provided on at least one side of the container. The valve 131.1 closing time set in the control device is corrected based on the signal.

In the control device 4, as in the conventional case, the valve opening/closing time corresponding to a predetermined discharge amount is set, and the opening/closing device 3 is operated to open and close the valve for the set time, while the discharge is stopped by the above-mentioned Φm detection signal. The amount is calculated and the calculation result is compared with the above set time.

In this case, if the calculation result does not reach the predetermined value even after the set time has elapsed, the set time is corrected to be extended until it reaches the predetermined value. Conversely, even if the calculation result reaches the predetermined value, if the set time has not yet been reached, the set time is corrected to be shortened. Of course, if both reach the predetermined value at the same time, there is no need for correction.

In the above embodiment, the weight detection elements 6.7 may be provided in both the tank 1 and the container 5, or they may be provided only in one of them. In that case, the amount to be discharged can be determined by the decrease or increase in weight.

(f) Effects As described above, this invention corrects the opening and closing time of the valve based on the discharge amount detection signal from the double detection element, so it is possible to accurately dispense even a high viscosity liquid or a small amount of liquid. There is an effect that can be obtained.
