Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A guide rail that extends in the shape of a rail and has ball rolling grooves on the outer surface, and a saddle-shaped guide rail that has ball rolling grooves on the inner surfaces of both sleeves. - a bearing mounted movably on the bearing, a number of balls interposed so as to be rotatable between the ball rolling groove of the bearing and the ball rolling groove of the guide rail, and an end portion of the bearing; used in a linear guide device including an end cap that is attached to the end cap and forms a circulation path for the balls; and a dustproof seal that is attached to the end cap and has a rubber portion that comes into sliding contact with the ball rolling groove of the rail guide. The dustproof seal includes a metal plate having at least the inside of both sleeves formed in a straight line, a base adhered to the inside edges of both sleeves of the metal plate, and a guide rail protruding from the base. and a rubber including a semicircular protrusion that slides into contact with a ball rolling groove, and the width of the base of the rubber is selected to be larger than the radius of the protrusion.
