ゲート用コンデンサ、２５・・・抵抗、２６・・・トラ
ンジスタ、４１・・・ダイオード、４２・・・電流制限
抵抗。なお、図中、同一符号は同−又は相当部分を示す
。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. オフゲート回路が、電源、平滑回路、電流制限抵抗、ハ
    イゲート用コンデンサ及び消弧指令信号を受けて導通す
    るトランジスタを具えるゲート装置において、上記電流
    制限抵抗が上記平滑回路の平滑コンデンサと直列に挿入
    されると共にダイオードが上記電流制限抵抗と並列に接
    続されていることを特徴とするゲートターンオフサイリ
    スタのゲート装置。
