する可動式ステアリングコラムにおいて、複数枚の板部
材と、同板部材に挾持される穫数枚のスペーサと、上記
板部材と上記スペーサのそれぞれ同一方向に突設された
突起とを有し、同突起が重ならない位置で上記板部材と
上記スペーサがプロジェクション溶接されて上記板部材
が層状に配設された複板クラッチを備えたことを特徴と
