[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. Consisting of a tubular pin member and a tubular box-shaped member that telescopically engages with the pin member, the pin member having a frustoconical outer peripheral surface, The box-shaped member has a corresponding frusto-conical inner circumferential surface that overlaps the frusto-conical outer circumferential surface of the pin member when engaged with the pin member, and each of the frusto-conical inner and outer circumferential surfaces A plurality of protrusions and grooves are arranged alternately in the axial direction, and both protrusions and grooves are formed so as to be able to engage with each other to lock the pin member and the box-shaped member in the axial direction. The sizes of these protrusions and grooves are determined based on the top surface of each protrusion at the front and rear ends of the lower truncated conical surface and the size of the other protrusion that engages with these protrusions at the initial stage of engagement between the pin member and the box-shaped member. The grooves at the front and rear ends of the truncated conical surface are formed so that the top surfaces of the adjacent protrusions in the axial direction first contact the entire circumference, and the grooves are formed so that the top surfaces of the protrusions adjacent to each other in the axial direction at the front and rear ends of the truncated conical surface are in contact with each other over the entire circumference. The axial size and spacing of the protrusion and the groove are formed to be smaller than those of the end protrusion and the groove, and the height of the protrusion and the groove in the radial direction is set so that the height of the protrusion and the groove corresponds to the groove of the protrusion while the pin member and the box-shaped member are engaged. A pipe connector characterized in that the tube connector is formed so that expansion of the box-shaped member and/or contraction of the pin member caused by press-fitting the box-shaped member and/or contraction of the pin member do not exceed the elastic limit of the materials of these two members. 2. Utility Model Registration Scope of Claim 1. The pipe connector according to claim 1, wherein the protrusion has a planar top surface, and the groove has a planar bottom surface corresponding to the top surface. 3. Utility Model Registration The pipe connector according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the top surface of the protrusion and the bottom surface of the groove are respectively located on a common truncated conical surface. 4. Pipe connector as stated in claim 3 of utility model registration claim
A pipe connector, wherein the frustoconical surfaces of the top surface of the protrusion and the bottom surface of the groove are parallel to the frustoconical surfaces of the pin member and the box-shaped member, respectively. 5. The pipe connector according to any one of claims 1 to 4 as a utility model, in which the conicality of the truncated conical surfaces of the pin member and the box-shaped member is approximately 2°. 6. In the pipe connector according to any one of claims 1 to 5, the intermediate projection and groove between the end projection and the end groove are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the conical surface. pipe connectors arranged at equal intervals. 7. In the pipe connector according to any one of claims 1 to 6 of the claims registered as a utility model, the pin member is
A pipe connector that forms a force fit when fully engaged with a box-shaped member. 8. In the pipe connector described in any one of claims 1 to 7 of the claims for utility model registration, The box-shaped member is provided with a radial passage for connection to a source of pressurized fluid, the radial passage communicating with an axially extending groove in the frusto-conical surface of the box-shaped member, and assembled. The pin member and the box member extend centrally into the areas provided with the protrusions and grooves, so that pressurized fluid is in communication with the protrusions and grooves to prevent expansion of the box member and contraction of the pin member. A pipe connector that makes assembly of the pipe connector easier by allowing one side to stand up. 9 Utility Model Registration In the pipe connector according to claim 8, an annular groove is provided in the box-shaped member, and the groove extending in the axial direction is communicated with annular grooves close to end grooves at both ends of the box-shaped member. Pipe connector made like this. IO Utility Model Registration In the pipe connector according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the pin member and the box-shaped member are connected to an external device, so that assembly of the pipe connector is facilitated. A pipe connector designed to apply axial force like this. 11. In the pipe connector according to any one of claims 1 to 10 of the utility model registration, each face of one truncated conical surface extends in the radial direction and is arranged at one-foot intervals.
A pair of end surfaces are mutually connected to a bottom surface extending parallel to this frustoconical surface, and each protrusion of the other frustoconical surface extends in a radial direction corresponding to the end of the corresponding groove and is spaced at regular intervals. A pipe connector formed by interconnecting a pair of end surfaces with a truncated conical surface and a top surface extending parallel to the other truncated conical surface. 12 Utility Model Registration Scope of Claim 11 The pipe connector according to claim 11, wherein radially extending end surfaces of the groove and the protrusion are arranged at equal intervals between the end groove and the end protrusion, respectively. 13 Scope of Utility Model Registration Claims Paragraph 1 or 12
In the pipe connector described in Section 1, the axial direction of the pair. A surface extending in the radial direction is provided on each of the pin member and the box-shaped member so as to collide with each other when the pin member and the box-shaped member are engaged, and one end surface of each protrusion is provided with a surface extending in the radial direction. metal-to-metal contact is maintained with the corresponding end surfaces of the corresponding grooves by abutment between the surfaces extending in the direction, such that an axial force is transmitted between the members when they are engaged;
A pipe connector, wherein the pair of radially extending surfaces are disposed relative to the protrusion and groove. 14. Utility Model Registration The pipe connector according to claim 13, wherein when the projection and the groove are engaged with each other, a gap is provided between the other end surface of the projection and the groove. 15 Scope of Utility Model Registration Claims Paragraph 13 or Paragraph 1
5. The pipe connector according to item 4, wherein one end surface extending in the radial direction of each protrusion and the corresponding end surface of each surface are inclined at about 12 degrees with respect to a plane perpendicular to the axis of the pipe connector. 16 Scope of claims for utility model registration, paragraphs 13 to 15
In the pipe connector according to any of the above, the other end surface of the protrusion and the groove is set at an angle of approximately 75° with respect to a plane perpendicular to the axis of the pipe connector.
