Claims (1)
- 内面に固定部と支点部を有し開口部に対して深い金属製
の容器、可動端に可動接点を固着し゛スナップ運動のた
めの浅い皿状に絞られた部分を有するバイメタルの如き
材料で作られたほぼ長方形の熱応動板、前記容器の固定
部と支、ζ韻占の間に設けられた補強材、及び前記可動
接点と接離するための固定接点を備えた細長い金属によ
り作られた支持体を電気絶縁性の充填材を介して保持す
る金属製の蓋板より成り、前記熱応動板の一端は容器の
固定部に補強材の一端により挾まれた状態で固着され、
補強材の他端は熱応動板の皿状部分の中央近傍を前記容
器の支点部との間に支承するよう配設されており、前記
蓋板を容器の開口部に固定する事により可動接点と固定
接点が互いに接触し、固定接点近傍の容器の内面と固定
接点支持体との間に電気絶縁性のスペーサを介在せしめ
て容器の変形により固定接点と可動接点との間の接触圧
力を加減する事により熱応動板のスナップで動作する温
度が較正される事を特徴とする熱応動リレー。
