11に摺接されない部分14で形成されている。第2の
ひげ導入孔7、及び第3あひげ導入孔9において、可動
刃11に摺接しない外刃桟6は可動刃11か摺接する面
15よりも可動刃11側に突出するとともに、該突出し
た部分は円弧状に形成されている。外刃桟6の内面の中
央部には可動刃1】との摺接抵抗を低減するために凹所

7図、Q−Qを断面した第8図を参照して動作状態につ
いて説明する。可動刃11か摺接する外刃桟6の端縁は
鋭利になっているため第6図及び第7図に示すように、
可動刃11と外刃桟6の端縁とでひけ(b)は切断され
るのであり、段部4により肌(a)を緊張させることが

短かく切断することができるのである。可動刃11が摺
