図において1は被検材、2は超音波プローブ、3はハウ
ジング及びシュー、4は倣い機構、5はアームリンク、
6は駆動機構、7はフレーム部、8は架台であり、9〜
11は検出器、12は移動機構であり、13は移動機構
12を搬送方向に平行に動作させるガイドを持つ架台で
ある。なお、図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を
