る上下方向(第1図でみて)の四部に係止する爪部4a

が爪部はなくてもよい)
而して、前記トーションシート4は第2図をみて明らか
なように、その中間に配設されたトーションコイル5に
より互に相反する方向へ附勢された状態で、夫々が対称
