直列に介挿された抵抗とコンデンサとからなる充電回路
と、前記抵抗と前記コンデンサとの接続点にゲートが接
続され前記整流回路の他方の出力端子にカソードが接続
されたサイリスタと、前記整流回路の一方の出力端子と
前記サイリスタのアノードとの間の電圧が所定電圧を越
えたことを検出するための電圧検出回路と、この電圧検
出回路の出力に応じて前記充電回路の充電電流を前記サ
イリスタのアノード側に分流させる分流回路と、前記整
流回路の一方の出力端子と前記サイリスタのアノードと
の間に介挿された平滑コンデンサとを有してなり、この
平滑コンデンサの両端から直流出力を得るようにしたこ
