Claims (1)
を有するとともに、両ポート間の隔壁に弁座部が開口形
成され、かつ上記第２ポートに連続してシリンダ部が凹
設されてなるハウジングと、このハウジング内に摺動自
在に配設され、上記弁座部に第１ポート側から着座する
弁部と上記シリンダ部内に嵌合するピストン部とが一連
に形成されてなる弁体と、上記シリンダ部とピストン部
とによって画成されたバランス圧力室と、上記弁体内に
形成され、上記第１ポートと上記バランス圧力室とを連
通ずる圧力導入路と、上記弁体を駆動するための駆動装
