ルの中心部上方に直立状態の固定シュートを配置し、そ
の上部を本体ケーシングに固定すると共にその下部を本
体ケーシングの内側に放射状に取り付けたサポートアー
ムによって支持し、且つ上記固定シュートの外側に同軸
状に配置した回転円筒の上端部を本体ケーシングによっ
て、また下端部を固定シュートによってそれぞれ軸受を
介して回転自在に支承し、該回転円筒の下端部外層に分
