イッチングトランジスタのベースに駆動パルスに応じベ
ースバイアスを供給する手段と、スイッチングにより誘
起された電圧を整流する手段と、該手段の整流出力をチ
ョークコイルを介して前記トランジスタのベースに供給
スる５手段で構成し、前記整流出力並びにチョークコイ
ル、 に発生する逆起電圧を、前記トランジスタのベー
