Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the incoming call restricting registration and release, by applying a specific number dialing from a subscriber to a stroage device restricting an incoming call provided corresponding to the subscriber of a telephone exchange. CONSTITUTION:When the subscriber A makes a call, the call is connected to an outgoing register 2 via a channel network 1, and when a special number for the registration or release of the incoming call restricting service is dialed, the number is received at the outgoing register 2 and transmitted to a central controller 4 via a channel controller 3. When the subscriber A makes a dialing in 1-digit for the registration or release, the central controller 4 receives this number to register or release the incoming call restricting information corresponding to the subscriber provided in a main storage device 5.
