本考案はタッピンねじの改良に関するものであって、そ
の特徴とするところは、タッピンねじの下端ねじ助成下
を正面半円形に切除し、それに続き下方細幅のゆるい彎
曲切除部を設け、更にその下を下方細幅の直線切除部と
して尖端部がシャンクの軸線上に位置する如くなし、且
つ側面からみた時、該尖端部から直線傾斜切除部までを
略同じ薄幅とし、該部分から半円形切除部に至る間はそ
れぞれ外方へ彎曲に形成され、尖端部から該半円形切除
部間を外郭線より中くぼみの球面状のすくい角とした二
枚刃錐状の切削刃を形成してなる薄鉄板用のタッピンね
じであり、以下本考案の実施例を示す図面について説明

置する如く正背面を対称的に切除し、且つ該尖端部8か
も直線傾斜切除部7部分は第2図に示されている如く、
側面において先端かや\細幅か、はぼ同じ薄幅で、該部
分1かも半円形切除部5に至る間はそれぞれ側面外方へ
彎曲9に形成され且つ前記尖端部8かも半円形切除部に
至る間は外郭線より中くぼみの球面状のすくい角10と
した二枚刃錐状の切削刃を形成し、第4図のイ2ロ、へ
に示す如く薄鉄板11に穿孔しながら押し出し部12を
