Claims (2)
- (1)情報読取用スポット光を互いに直交する2方向に
移動させる第1及び第2のサーボ系を備えた光学式情報
読取装置において、該スポット光の光路に設けられた光
学部品を弾性支持体を介して該2方向のうちの一方向に
移動(若しくは回動)可能に支持して前記第1及び第2
のサーボ系の少なくとも一方に設けられた光学部品の支
持構造であって、前記弾性支持体は該移動(若しくは回
動)方向以外の方向についての共鏑周波数が他のサーボ
系により制御可mlな帯域内となるように構成されたこ
とを特徴とする光学部品の支持構造。 - (2)前記弾性支持体は樹脂より成ることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の光学部品の支持構
造。
