Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise the safety of a marine structure as well as to reduce its cost by a method in which a cement mortar layer into which glass fiber meshes are buried is laminated on the outer surface of an expanded synthetic resin outside shell. CONSTITUTION:A glass fiber mesh 2 is laid on the outer surface of an outside shell 1 of a ship, a boat, or other marine structure, and a cement mortar 3 is sprayed onto the glass fiber mesh 2 to form a marine structure A. In this case, the same operations are repeated to laminate the cement mortar layer in which a given number of glass fiber meshes 2 are buried on the outside shell 1. Accordingly, the cement mortar layer 3 is energized to be restored to its original state in such a way as to contract the cracks even when cracks develop. The safety of the marine structure can thus be maintained.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the improvement of marine structures such as ships, boats, and other buoys that float on the sea surface. It is characterized by a layer of cement mortar, and its purpose is to have a simple structure, which is lower cost and safer than conventional reinforced plastic and wooden structures of this type. ◎ In the present invention, as described above, the structural wings layered on the outer peripheral surface of the foamed synthetic resin outer shell are made of cement in which glass fiber mesh is embedded. Since it is composed of a mortar layer, it is lightweight and strong. The Dallas Fino 2-mesh embedded in the cement mortar layer has glass fibers extending in two directions orthogonal to each other.
Since the fiberglass is braided or woven, it resists forces in all directions, and since the glass fiber is perfectly elastic until it reaches its ultimate strength, two cracks are generated in the cement mortar layer. However, the glass fiber ζ-mat restrains the cement mortar and forces it to return to its previous state, thereby closing the crack, thereby ensuring the safety of the structure when a crack occurs. It is something that can be kept.

Furthermore, even if the cement mortar layer of the temporary stand is damaged, since the outer shell of the structure covered with the cement mortar layer is made of foamed synthetic resin, there is no risk of the structure sinking. Things are double safe.
