The passbook 2 is inserted into the machine, and the passbook 2 is driven by the rotation of the pressure roller 3 and the feed roller 4. By the way, the conventional paint for the wear-resistant painted surface A of the travel path of this passbook 2 is as follows:
There are various types of epoxy resins, but acrylic urethane resin paints are excellent for wear resistance.

Acrylic urethane resin paint is a paint that has acrylic urethane resin as its main component and dries and hardens with a hardening agent, and has high hardness and excellent adhesion, weather resistance, chemical resistance, etc. However, even this paint could not withstand long-term use, especially at the fold line 5 of the passbook 2. Therefore, the abrasion-resistant painted surface A is worn out in a short period of time due to the protrusion of the crease 5, damaging its appearance.
Further, there is a problem that the surface of the passbook 2 may be damaged due to the roughness of the worn surface. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems, and to provide a method for forming an abrasion-resistant film that can reduce wear on painted surfaces and prevent damage to bankbooks, etc. 4-6% by weight of glass fiber in acrylic urethane resin paint.
This is achieved by adding and stirring, and then applying the supernatant liquid as a paint.

The surface of Passbook 2 is damaged and cannot be adopted.

Furthermore, if a small amount of glass fiber 12 is added, for example, less than 4% by weight, sufficient wear resistance cannot be obtained. The same holds true even if the standing time after stirring is shortened. In this way, a coating film that is wear-resistant and does not damage the surface of the passbook 2 can be formed by adding 4 to 6% by weight of the glass fiber 12.

に損傷が発生しない等の利点がある。At this time, if a stirred liquid of the acrylic urethane resin paint 11 and the glass fiber 12 is used (that is, a supernatant liquid is not used), long fibers of about 100 μm will be contained in the stirred liquid. In other words, there is a high probability that a glass fiber longer than the thickness of the wear-resistant film will protrude from the surface of the coating, making it impractical. Therefore, in this embodiment, a supernatant liquid 10 of a mixed liquid of paint and glass fiber is used. That is, long glass fibers are allowed to settle. As a result, the supernatant liquid contains most of the glass fibers having a diameter of 50 μm or less, which is shorter than the thickness of the coating surface to be formed. By applying this supernatant liquid as a paint, it is possible to reduce the probability that the glass fibers protrude from the coating surface, and it is possible to form a wear-resistant film through normal painting operations. According to the method for forming a wear-resistant film according to the present invention, by adding glass fiber to the acrylic urethane resin paint, the wear resistance of the medium running surface is improved, and the surface of the medium such as a bankbook is prevented from being damaged. It has the advantage that it does not occur.
