B-3, etc.), but in such conventional nonwoven fabric liners, fibers may fall off due to sliding contact with the disk, causing serious problems such as dropouts. If the contact pressure with the disk is low, dust cannot be completely cleaned from the disk surface. Even if the contact pressure with the disk, that is, the disk rotation torque, was increased to the maximum allowable level, the cleaning performance was relatively poor, and from this point as well, problems such as dropouts were observed.

In other words, the main objective is to significantly improve the cleaning performance of the disk surface even if the disk rotation l/lux is low.

A bundle of thick synthetic resin long fibers is intertwined with an intermediate layer of thin synthetic resin fibers in a dense state, and the fibers are inseparably intertwined. It is characterized by having a thickness of 0.3 mm or more.

Fig. 1 is a schematic longitudinal cross-sectional view, Fig. 2 is a photograph of the surface of the actual product taken with an electron microscope, and Fig. 3 is the longitudinal direction thereof. It is a photograph showing the cut end surface of. In FIG. 1, a non-woven fabric liner 1 has ultrafine acrylic short fibers 2 of 0.05 to 0.3 denier and 1 to 5 denier length, which are intertwined with each other to form one front surface and a back surface, and 0.5 to 5 denier fibers. A bundle of 10 to 50 polyester long fibers 3 is formed in the form of a bundle, and a bundle 4 of polyester long fibers 3 runs horizontally and vertically in the plane direction between the two groups of acrylic short fibers. It has an integrally intertwined cross-sectional structure. According to this nonwoven fabric liner 1, since a sheet layer in which polyester long fibers 3 are gathered is interposed in the middle in the thickness direction, the shrinkage force of the polyester long fibers 3 prevents the acrylic short fibers 2 from falling off during heat processing and finishing. Therefore, there is no problem even if the thickness of the nonwoven fabric liner 1 is set to 0.3 mm or more, and this gives the nonwoven fabric liner 1 rich elasticity.
The contact pressure against the disk surface is small, which is the reason for the dramatic improvement in cleaning performance.

The fiber composition ratio of the nonwoven fabric liner 1 needs to be at least 20% or more for both the short acrylic fibers 2 and the long polyester fibers 3, and it is preferable that they be in approximately the same ratio.

The sheet 16, which is sandwiched between the linats 1 at the rear, is deformed into a wavy shape and rotated, as shown in FIG. 8. As time goes on, the dust that has adhered to the surface of this will be removed. The left and right liners 1a and 1b only assist in cleaning the disk surface, and mainly clean the sheet 1.

。It works to improve the contact of the magnetic head with the sheet surface. The reason why the rear Ripe River is arranged at the opposite position farthest from the magnetic head insertion window 14 is to prevent the undulations that occur on the sheet 16 due to this cleaning from reaching the position where the magnetic head insertion window 14 is arranged. This is to suppress the In this example, the left and right liners 1a-1b are not necessarily required.

Furthermore, due to the entanglement with the polyester long fibers 3, the acrylic short fibers 2 were completely prevented from falling off.

いる。As is clear from this figure, although it depends on the height of the rib 32 in the disk cartridges according to each embodiment of the present invention, the disk rotation torque is generally smaller than that of the comparative example (conventional example), and even with small disk rotation torque, there is a drop. The number of outs has decreased significantly. The reduction in the number of dropouts indicates that the disk surface cleaning performance of the nonwoven fabric liner according to the present invention (911) is good.

Furthermore, even after testing under harsh conditions, no fibers were found to fall off from the nonwoven fabric liner according to the example of the present invention, and in this respect, unlike the conventional example, it guarantees stable cleaning performance over a long period of time. It was confirmed that
