Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は電子式卓上計算機(電卓)の構造に関し特に薄
型で簡易な構造の電卓に関するものである。
例えば特開昭51−30433等に見られる技術におい
ては、プラスチック製のケースに一対の電極及び配線導
体を設け、これを上から可動電極が橋絡接触する構造と
なつている。したがつてこのケース自体からキー信号を
導出せねばならず、上述公報第2図に示す如きコネクタ
を必要としたり、また同第6図に示される如くこのケー
ス自体に電子部品を接続しなければならず、半田付、導
電接着材等を必要とするので構造、製作工程は複雑にな
らざるを得なかつた。本発明は上述難点に鑑み、電卓の
下部外装ケースには複数の点状電極のみを互いに絶縁さ
せて設け、その上に一対の電極及び配線導体が設けられ
た可撓性板を配置したものである。第1図にその一例を
示す。1は電卓下部外装ケースでプラスチック等の有機
材で成り電池収納部1aが1体に成型されている。
このケース1の内面に点状電極2を互いに絶縁させてマ
トリックス状に設ける。その製法は例えば導電性ペイン
トをスクリーン、オフセット印刷等で行なう。あるいは
ゴム板を用いたスタンプ印刷、ステンシルによるスプレ
ー法、ローラ法等が好適である。3はスペーサで孔4を
2に対応して設けてある。
材料はゴム、プラスチック等種種の絶縁材を用いること
ができる。5はポリエステル、ナイロン、エチレンプロ
ピレンゴム、クロロプレンゴム等で成る可撓性板で、下
面に前記同様の導電性ペイントを前記同様の厚膜印刷技
術で塗布し、一対の電極6A及び配線端子6B配線導体
6Cを設ける。
6Bは表示器D、演算素子L等が備えられた基板10の
電極IOAに圧着又は導電接着される。
導電性ペイントの好適材料を考慮すれば下部外装ケース
の固定接点2は6Aの一対の電極の短絡のみであ’るの
で比較的抵抗の高い安価なカーボンを分散した導電ペイ
ントを用いることができる。6A〜6Cには銀や銅等の
金属を含む導電性粒子を分散した抵抗値の小さな導電性
ペイントが望しい。
なぜなら6A〜6Cは導通路長を相当必要とする為に、
回路抵抗が高まり信号の劣化をまねく為である。ところ
が一般に金属は金を除けば酸化、硫化等を起し、抵抗値
を増加する為6A、6B等の接触抵抗が増大してしまう
。そこで6A、6Bにはさらにカーボン導電ペイントを
保護層としてオーバーコートすることが望しい。さらに
配線導体6Cにも前孔保護用カーボン導電ペイントをす
−バーコードしても良いが、ここはむしろ耐湿性絶縁性
のペイントを配線パターン6C上又は6A,6Bを除く
全面に印刷塗布する事が望しい。前記ペイントにより6
Cは直接露出されない為に導電粒子の酸化、硫化を防止
しさらには特に銀ペイントに多い銀移行を防止すること
も出来る。7は第2図に示す如くキートツプ9の復帰用
スプリングで、ドーム8を有するゴム板、11は電卓の
上部外装ケースである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 1 電子式卓上計算機の下部外装ケースの内面に独立し
    た点状電極を複数マトリックス状に設け、前記点状固定
    電極に対応した位置に一対の電極を複数マトリックス状
    に配列した可撓性板をスペーサを介して配置したことを
    特徴とする小型電卓。 2 前記電極は導電ペイントを含むことを特徴とする特
    許請求の範囲第1項記載の小型電卓。
