In a water film electrostatic precipitator comprising a water supply pipe having a discharge electrode and a dust collection electrode, and a nozzle hole for discharging water for forming a water film to the collection electrode, a water film type electrostatic precipitator is provided below the water supply pipe. A water supply device for a water film type electrostatic precipitator, characterized in that a water droplet scattering prevention member is provided.
